The dislocation can also happen due to an injury or accident. But this problem is majorly experienced by the people having 50 or above years of age. The main cause of this illness is the age factor and deficiency of Vitamin-C.
  • Strains- Strains generally happen due to deficiency of Vitamins and minerals, as a result the bones get weak. Ultimately it causes stretching or tearing of muscles, affecting ligaments and causing pain. By taking proper diet, strains can be avoided.
  • Fracture- A fracture is related to the bone only. A crack, chip or break, all refer to the fracture. There are many types of fractures that cause bones to crack without affecting the upper part of the skin. But in some severe accidents skin as well as bone both get affected. Bone fracture is one of the most painful illnesses that require a lot of time to heal.

  • Cramp- Cramps happen when the strong muscle contracts, which causes severe pain. The pain lasts for a few minutes. A soft massage can heal cramp. Generally, it happens when the same exercise is repeatedly done in the same way.
